Trade turnover between Russia and China in the first quarter of 2023 increased by 38.7%

This is reported by RIA News, citing data from the Chinese agency.

It is noted that the trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $53.845 billion.

It is specified that during the reporting period China delivered to Russia $24.073 billion worth of goods, the increase compared to the same period of 2022 – 47.1%, imports increased by 32.6%, amounting to $29.772 billion.

Earlier Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin expressed confidence that Russia and China will increase trade turnover to $200 billion in 2023.
