Russian regions with the fastest employment are named

The fastest job can be found in the Nizhny Novgorod region, an average of 3.5 months.

The list of regions with the fastest employment also includes Moscow (3.8 months), St. Petersburg (four months), the Moscow Region (4.1 months), Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra (4.1 months), Kirov Region (4.2 months), Tomsk Region (4.2 months), Tatarstan (4.3 months), Krasnodar Territory (4.5 months) and YNAO (4.6 months).

Karachaevo-Cherkessia takes the longest time to find a job – 13.5 months. The top ten of such regions also included Zabaikalsky Krai (10.5 months), Perm Krai (9.2 months), North Ossetia (8.8 months), Jewish Autonomous Oblast (8.6 months), Mordovia (8.5 months), Dagestan (8.4 months), Kursk Oblast (8.4 months), Orel Oblast (eight months) and Altai (eight months).

“Of those listed, there are agricultural regions, and nowadays such employment in agriculture, as it used to be, is no longer needed. That’s why there is no work for everyone, – the expert stressed.

Earlier, the Central Bank said that unemployment in Russia has updated the historical minimum.
