The statement by the country’s Deputy Defense Minister Colin Kahl is quoted by RIA News.

“Obviously, we have an extraordinary amount of money that Congress has appropriated to support Ukraine’s defense, but it is not unlimited,” he said.

On March 16 White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre expressed confidence that President Joe Biden’s administration will have funds to help Ukraine before the end of September, when the current fiscal year ends in the United States.
