“The adopted law on the digitalization of the military registration does not specify that electronic summonses will be sent through “Gosusluzhba”. The ways to send summonses are still to be established by the government through a separate act, which has not been adopted,” the ministry explained.

At the same time, the law explicitly provides for the use of the portal of public services only for sending notifications on military registration, application and removal of restrictive measures, as well as for access to information in the register of summonses, which has not yet been created.

Earlier, the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces announced that the dispatch of conscripts to deployment points on Russian territory within the framework of the spring campaign will start on April 20.

It was stressed there that there would be no electronic summonses for citizens of conscription age during the spring draft campaign, there would be no.

The Ministry of Science and Technology said that the registry of persons liable for military service will not be launched until the fall draft.
