“Now we are coming out of winter with relatively full reserves. This will help fill the storage facilities in the summer without Russian pipeline gas,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Müller said that full gas storage facilities, moderate temperatures, and savings played an important role in the fact that Germany “survived last winter well.”

As European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Paolo Gentiloni said earlier, Germany is among the EU countries, the hardest hit by the crisis.

The head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, claims that Europe has completely lost its energy security, having lost access to cheap energy resources from Russia.

According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, EU authorities have begun to realize that U.S. policies are leading to deindustrialization Europe.
