Former Pentagon advisor McGregor: U.S. media began to acknowledge the failures of the AFU more often

McGregor said this to journalist Stefan Gardner in an interview published on YouTube.

According to the colonel, U.S. authorities have increasingly begun to say that Ukraine is falling apart, and Washington has failed to help it, and it s time to leave.

“Through the media, Americans are gradually trying to convey this,” RIA Novosti quoted McGregor as saying.

He also recalled the publications in the American newspapers The New York Times and The Washington Post, in which they talk about the large losses of the Ukrainian army.

Earlier, a Ukrainian soldier from the 46th Airborne Assault Brigade Vladimir Shevchenko said that the situation in the AFU is much worse than described in an interview for The Washington Post by the commander of the 46th separate AFU airmobile brigade with the call sign Kupol.

On March 14 The Washington Post newspaper citing sources, reported that the quality of the Ukrainian army has declined in a year of Russian special operations due to losses among experienced servicemen.
