Former board members Pavel Grachev and Mikhail Stiskin sold their shares.

“Alexei Zuev together with a consortium of investors owns 29.9% of Detsky Mir’s share capital,” Detsky Mir said in a notification.

Zuev himself expressed confidence that the company will be able to strengthen its industry leadership.

“I fully share the focus on organic growth and support the ongoing transformation of Detsky Mir into a private business,” he said.

In November 2022, it was reported that the board of directors may conduct a phased transformation of Detsky Mir into a private business.
